We’ll obtain all necessary permits, communicating directly with your local municipality to ensure that every stage runs smoothly.

We’ll lay out a timeline for the build and invite you to our project management software. This advanced software technology allows you to view your project at a glance so you can feel confident knowing what happens when.

Your home is complete, but we won’t hand over the keys untill your space is in top condition. We complete a full post-construction cleanup so you can move in a soon as you’re ready.

Before we part ways, we’ll hand over a digital dossier of all paint colors, warranties, instruction manuals, and materials purchased. All in one handy, easy-to-refer-to file so you can access information whenever you need.
