FounderMarty Martinez is a dedicated and licensed General Contractor with a robust background in real estate development and project management. Inspired by his father, he began his construction journey at the tender age of twelve, learning the ins and outs of the industry. With a degree in Economics from Pepperdine, Marty combines practical construction expertise with financial acumen. His commitment to excellence drives him to exceed client expectations every time. Marty believes that fixing a home means doing it right, ensuring every project transforms visions into reality.

Rudy Martinez is renowned for his role on the hit reality show "Flip This House," where he showcased his expertise in home renovations and community revitalization. A seasoned contractor and house flipper, Rudy learned the fundamentals of framing from his brother and never looked back becoming a pillar in the construction industry. After serving in the U.S. Army, he founded City Housing Development, Inc., working to transform neglected properties into beautiful homes. Through his innovative projects, Rudy has successfully restored over 150 homes, enhancing community desirability and value. Supported by his passion for dining and community service, Rudy continues to positively impact Los Angeles neighborhoods.

Flip This House Hosted by co-founder Rudy Martinez is an American television series that airs on the A&E (Arts and Entertainment) television network as well as the Bio network. Each episode spotlights the purchase and renovation of a single unit. All episodes included listing the price of the purchase, the cost of renovation, and the market value (including potential profit) of the "flipped" property.
